“I will treat my team to a night out on the town. They deserve it, and they do a great job,” said Ed. “I will probably plan a vacation, and I’m definitely going somewhere tropical,” he added with a laugh.
“This prize came at the right time of the year where I could put a little extra down on my house and take care of a few things I accumulated over the holidays,” said Daniel.
Ed has been playing CES Picks since the very beginning. He received a trophy for coming in first place in his local division in the first year of CES Picks, which launched in 2018. With so many chances to win big each season, Ed took advantage of the opportunities and won three different prizes last season alone. Not only did Ed come in first place in his division again, he also won a $400 gift card—and the $10,000 prize.
“I’ve been with CES for five years, and I’ve played CES Picks every year. Our group has a league. We battle each other each week, and I’m the first two-time winner. I was just excited about the trophy!” Ed smiled. “I can’t believe I won the $10,000 prize— it’s truly the greatest thing. There are no words to describe how exciting I think this is.”

But wait! The app isn’t just for CES team members. It’s for everyone. Anyone can participate! It’s a great game to play with your friends and family. You could be like Justin Backus, who downloaded the CES Picks app, thanks to his friends encouraging him to join, and won $25,000 back in the 2019 season.
“I couldn’t believe it at first,” Justin said. “I was like, ‘Is this real? Is this happening?’ Not only did I win a weekly prize in the first week, but I also qualified for the $25,000 cash prize.”
Players can also join an unlimited number of leagues and track where they rank among the best competitors.
“CES Picks is a fun way to bring everyone together. You can get rivalries going against each other within your own leagues. We even made a game out of it where whoever got last place would have to make dinner,” added Justin.
