At City Electric Supply, we’ve always been committed to our founding principle: Customer Service First. With the rapid spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus, we have not stepped away from this commitment, and we continue to let it guide our actions.
We are diligently following all recommendations and guidelines from the CDC, WHO, and local and state health officials. We have been regularly disinfecting high-touch areas in every branch, office, and distribution center, and we have prioritized the health of our employees, requiring them to stay home if they are feeling unwell.
We’ve also suspended all non-essential business travel, asked our employees to report all travel to at-risk locations and encouraged employees most at risk of infection to let us know so we can make arrangements for their safety and the safety of others.
As of today, our branches are still open, and we do not foresee any issues fulfilling customer orders. We recommend any customers who want to minimize face-to-face interaction to utilize both curbside pickup and our CES Online Ordering services to have any and all materials delivered directly to you.
