CES Greeneville: New Opportunities in a New Town
[Greeneville, Tennessee] – City Electric Supply is opening its newest branch in Greeneville, Tennessee, a town with a lot of potential growth. The currently small town is located a mere 35 minutes from Johnson City.
In a town with so much potential growth, City Electric Supply opens its newest branch in Greeneville, Tennessee. The small town is located nearly 35 minutes from Johnson City and was also the home city of the 17th president, Andrew Johnson.
“I am most excited for the branch because we are going to be able to help the town grow,” said Branch Manager Wayne Angello. “We are also located just minutes away from the bypass which will help bring in a lot of traffic.”
Angello has been with CES for nine years, working his way from the bottom to the top.
“I started as a driver at the Morristown branch and worked in every position before being given the opportunity to open my own branch,” said Angello.
The Greeneville team has a total of 50 years of combined experience — 20 coming from Outside Sales Representative Marvin Harville and 26 coming from Counter Sales Troy Seal.
“Troy has a goal to move up to the Operations Manager position in the next year or less,” said Angello. “I am ready to watch him crush his goals and see how he advances.”
Over the last six months, the team has been working together to make the branch perfect for their customers.
“It took nearly five months to find the building because many warehouses we looked at were too big for what we were wanting, and then one day we came across this one and it was the perfect fit,” said Angello.
From tearing down a few walls to replacing flooring and building a conference room, the staff worked hard to finish the branch.
The branch is unique for many reasons, and Angello believes the team’s willingness to go the extra mile combined with their years of experience and excellent customer service, will make them successful.
“I am really excited to be the leader of the team and to be a part of a community that is willing to grow,” said Angello. “We all have great personalities, love working together, and enjoy going above and beyond to find solutions for our customers’ problems no matter what it takes.”
Over the nine years that Angello has been with CES, he has come to love the company for many reasons. One of those reasons is the freedom he has to stock items specific to his location.
“CES has a family atmosphere and definitely recognizes the hard work their employees put in,” said Angello. “I have never worked for a company like this. It is nice they provide opportunities for everyone to move up the ladder if they work for it.”
Angello also enjoys having the ability to build relationships with his customers.
“Building relationships with our customers goes a long way in our industry, especially when they come and see you on a daily basis.”
