CES Gilbert, AZ: New Branch Offers Convenience to Customers Who Have Been Waiting for a Solution

[Mesa, Arizona] — City Electric Supply Gilbert lies right outside of the town of Gilbert in Mesa, Arizona, which is currently one of the most populated and rapidly growing towns in the United States. Branch Manager Kristopher Stone speaks highly of his community.

“Gilbert is one of the most highly sought out cities in the country. It’s very safe and has a lot of high-quality restaurants and shops with more being built every day. Not to mention the Gilbert PD is fantastic,” Stone said.

The new branch is positioned centrally between four existing CES branches: CES Mesa South, Mesa North, Tempe, and Chandler. City Electric Supply customers who live in Gilbert will finally have the convenience of a nearby store.

“What I am most excited about is the excitement from our customers that we are in a perfect location for so many of them. Many claimed to have to drive 30 minutes to get to one of our nearest stores whenever they were in the Gilbert area and sometimes an hour if they were farther away. Now we are a quick five-minute drive for them,” Stone said.

Stone, who was previously employed as a purchasing agent before moving to City Electric Supply, says he has longtime customers who he has developed working relationships with and that they have followed him to his new branch.

“I’m trying to make this a well-established branch that is competitive and gives great customer service. I think the fact that we have competitive pricing and great service shows that we are hoping to beat out the big box stores.”

Stone says he is excited to work for City Electric Supply because he will have the autonomy to make the best decisions for his customers, including pricing decisions.

“The two things I love most about CES is first the empowerment they give each branch to take care of the customer without first going through two or three channels for approval. The customer doesn’t want to wait for approvals … he just wants an answer now. Second, CES treats its own employees with the utmost respect and provides help in so many areas to its branches,” Stone said.
