We Care
CES Cares is the social impact program created to serve as the arm for all of the philanthropic, charitable, and volunteer efforts in which CES employees participate. Since its launch in 2016, CES Cares has made more than $10 million* in charitable donations.
Partnered nationally with UNICEF and the American Red Cross, CES Cares is also dedicated to giving back to the North Texas community where CES is headquartered. We have donated more than 6,500 backpacks to the Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center for the back-to-school program, and we have official partnerships with the Children’s Medical Center, the Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center, and The Bridge Homeless Shelter.
CES Cares also founded the Employee Disaster Relief Fund to aid and support CES employees who have been affected by an unforeseen disaster or hardship. Since 2016, CES has donated $300K to the American Red Cross, over $100K to The Bridge, $75K to the North Texas Food Bank, $50K to the Children’s Medical Center, and $70K to the Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center.
CES Cares is responsible for two amazing employee charitable donation programs. The first program is Cash for Hearts, a program that allows CES employees to earn fifty cents for every hour they use the Aaptiv fitness app. At the end of every month, we will calculate usage totals and give employees money to donate to the charity of their choice. The second program is Dollars for Doers, a program that rewards volunteers for their time. When a CES employee logs a minimum of ten hours of volunteer time, CES will award them $100.00 to donate to the charity of their choice. Our goal is to have 1,000 CES employees participate in CES Cares.
