Veterans who have served our country are a pivotal part of the population. In 2023, the Census Bureau report included 15.8 million people who identified as veterans; over a third of that number (4.4 million) have served in the post-9/11 era.
City Electric Supply (CES) is proud to partner with Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) to help empower veterans with the services and care they need. Through CES Cares, our social impact division, CES directs giving toward four core pillars: children, veterans, people experiencing homelessness, and the future of the electrical trade. The veterans pillar, formalized in 2025, emphasizes our commitment to supporting those who have served our country.

WWP focuses on the complete well-being of post-9/11 wounded, ill, or injured veterans. As the nation’s leading veteran services organization, WWP helps warriors succeed and provides critical lifelines to family members and caregivers.
WWP connects veterans and their families with benefits earned during service, educates and empowers warriors in their finances, builds physical and mental well-being with programs like adaptive sports and health coaching, and more. As part of the organization’s mission to change the way our nation cares for veterans, all services are provided free of charge to veterans and their families.

Supporting veterans, together
As part of our partnership with WWP, CES will support fundraising and awareness efforts nationwide. Efforts include branch-led events, Counter Days, and initiatives through our ‘Heroes in the Industry’ military team member program.
