Record Sales in Michigan!

Branch Manager Brian Darling and his team at City Electric Supply Waterford in Waterford, Mich. are celebrating their record setting sales last month; they achieved $385,000 in sales while trading with 149 LTAs.

Brian said they have seen a significant increase in Generac Generator sales with 45 units sold just this month.

The branches of the Michigan East Group, CES Waterford included, recently partnered with Generac to host the third annual Power-4-Profits contractor training class. The purpose of this class is to help the local contractors focus on generator sales, marketing, sizing, and proper installation techniques.

“The contractors come away from this training with a better understanding of what it takes to properly size and efficiently install a generator and this allows them to increase the profitability on these jobs,” Darling said.

After enduring a difficult winter last year, which broke a 130-year-old snowfall record, there is no doubt Michigan homeowners are looking for an extra layer of protection this year.
