Mackie Monday: Importance of Brand

This Mackie Monday I would love to reference the importance of our Brand.

I think in Today’s day and age more people understand the importance of Brand than ever before, there is now an understanding that a logo or marketing are not what makes a brand, they are just two small pieces to a much larger puzzle. Here at City Electric Supply, our Brand is made up of hundreds of locations, thousands of faces and millions of customer experiences and stories.

Our job is to become brand advocates, endeavoring every day to create a even stronger brand, which we achieve through the customer service we provide to our amazing local customers from the support that they receive in your branch locations.

 Our brand, a brand that has been around for over 30 years has been built   not upon a trademark but upon a promise, a promise of a better place to buy and a better place to work. City Electric Supply is successful because our strong team. You are our brand, you are our face.

As you are all aware over the past few years we have invested a substantial amount on unifying the brand look and feel, and we are continuing to do so as we make our way through every branch location nationwide.

For me this is such a integral part of our business and I thank you for all of your work and support in encompassing yourselves as a part of our Brand.
