This is the first Mackie Monday of 2016 and what better way to kick off the New Year than to announce a new initiative.

As an organization, we try to constantly improve and develop our operation based on feedback from within the company.

We like to empower all levels of employees to offer feedback, which you may have noticed in some of our other programs. You’re the ones on the frontlines and therefore, you’re the ones that know the struggles and successes better than anyone. This year we are making big improvements in this area.

Up first, I am excited to announce the launch of a commercial marketing panel that will be known as the xperienCES team. This group of seven is a mixture of group managers and senior group managers whose responsibility is to help drive our commercial marketing efforts.

Not only will they play an integral role in planning campaigns, this group will also pilot campaigns and ideas as well as consult regarding communication and rollout of new programs internally.

We are intentionally represented in all five territories to ensure strong national knowledge.  Each of these individuals will be tasked with getting input from their respective areas.

Our panel members offer years of experience both within the industry and with CES: Blair Feidler, Brad Jenks, Don Corbett, Gary Tubbs, Glenn Smith, Micah Osteen, and Mike Bertone.

These individuals will join the marketing department in Dallas on Feb. 3 for the first of what will be a quarterly planning session.

I look forward to everything this team will produce and to keeping you all updated on the progress.
